“Jaje na oko”, hand-crocheted bag
The first and best-loved piece of the Bepina collection, recognisable by its egg-shaped silhouette and soft, hand-worked texture. Available in many colours and combinations, with optional accents such as glass beads, heart motifs, or small bows in a variety of shades. Its name carries its inspiration: “jaje na oko”, the simple, warm Mediterranean fried egg often served with Dalmatian pršut or pancetta, a quiet symbol of slow mornings, home cooking and small pleasures. Like the dish, this bag is unassuming yet striking; a familiar form rendered in a playful, distinctive way.
- Dimensions: Length 27 cm × height with handle 26 cm (15 cm without handle). Dimensions are approximate.
- Material: Crafted from premium recycled T-shirt yarn (60% cotton, 40% polyester). Sustainable, sturdy and made to endure.
- Care: Machine-washable at 30 °C on a gentle cycle of up to 400 rpm. If the bag is finished with beads, place it in a wash bag before machine-washing; for the longevity of the detail, hand-washing is recommended in that case. Air-dry. Avoid the tumble-dryer to preserve the bag’s shape and structure.
